Background:Cancer is one of the leading cause of death in China as well as in other countries. The number of lung cancer death account for 1/3 of all cancer caused death. The patients of lung cancer increased 1,200,000 each year, account for 17.8% of all malignant tumor patients. Of all the lung cancer patients, 80% are NSCLC patiens, but the 5 years survival rate lower than 15%. And 30% patients developed brain metastasis of the whole course of disease. In all the brain metastasis, more than half of metastasis came from lung cancer. Brain metastsis is the most common cause of advanced lung cancers cure failure. So the research of brain metastasis of lung cancer is very important. To research lung cancr brain metastasis need to establish dependable animal model, this is the precondition to approach the mechanism of brain metastasis and how to obstruct brain metastasis.
