Synergistic Effect Of TOR Combined With NVB On Growth And Apoptosis In Human Lung Adenocarcinoma Cancer Cell Lines A549

Objective:To study cytotoxic effects of Toremifene (TOR), and synergistic effect of TOR combined with vinorelbine (NVB) on human lung adenocarcinoma cancer cell lines A549.To probe it's underlying mechanisms.Which might be expected to provide the new chemotherapy methods of lung cancer, Methods:Human lung adenocarcinoma cell lines A549 were devided into blank group (culture),control group (cells),experiment group(cells+different factor) .Expr iment were divided into TOR group,anti-tumor drugs group,and combine group.The cytotoxic effects on A549 were measured by MTT assay,and morphologic changes of A549 after treatment of agentswere were detected by HE stains,and morphologic changes of apoptosis and apoptosis rate (AR) were detected by In situ cell Death Dectection kit,pod.
