The Experimental Study On The Effect Of SIF And Combined With Vinorelbine On Lung Adenocarcinoma Cell Line A549

Object:Soybean isoflavone is a kind of functional parts , not nutritional parts in soybean.It has the effect like estrogen. So it is called phytoestrogen. Nowadays, most of the scientists think that SIF has the function of antitumor. Used singly or combined with others, SIF maybe a useful antitumor medicine. We studied the SIF's antitumor efect on A549 cell line in vitro through detecting the inhibitory rate, observing the morphopathology change after exposured to SIF, vinorelbine and the mixture of them , and also observing the expressing level of bcl-2 and Bax related to apoptosis.Methods:1. MTT assay:Cells were divided into five groups , including 3 experimental groups(SIF, Vinorelbine and SIF+Vinorelbine) ,solvent control group and blank group. The groups of SIF:We set 20,40,80,160,320ug/ml concentration groups incubating for 68h.The Vinorelbine groups:We set 2,4,8,16, 32ug/ml concentration groups incubating for 44h.
