Cireadian clock, namely Bio-rhythm or Bio-rhythm Cycle, which is a natural law of organisms formed in order to adapt to natural and social environments and which brings broad influence to health, refers to the phenomenon that organisms cyclically change either physiologically, behaviorally, formally or structurally etc. Sun light functions in modifying bio-rhythm of mammals. In order to study content changes of in-vivo elements of organisms under dark circumstance, the rats for this experiment were divided into normal control group and a group under circumstance of continuous darkness. Feeding rats for 6 weeks straight and measuring rats' weight once a week, collected droppings and urine one day before killing (12hrs), anaesthetized the rats with ether and dislocated their joints of cervical vertebra to kill, followed by immediately disemboweling the livers and thighbones of the rats, then by using atomic absorption spectrophotometer, investigated contents of elements Ca, K, Mg, Cu, Zn, Mn, Fe among livers, thighbones, droppings and urine of the rats. Result shows no distinct changes in rats' weight for the group under continuous dark circumstance.1. In rats' liver cells, after feeding 6 weeks straight under circumstances of continuous darkness, contents of elements Ca, K, Mg were found...
