The emergency of new airborne infectious diseases such as 'SARS' and bird-influ arouse all world' s attention on biosafety in recent years. Biosafety facilities and equipments include BSL-3/ABSL-3, BSC, IVC, has applied broadely in research and medical field, the protection performance of these facilities and equipments relate to the safety of man and environment. All of the Biosafety facilities and equipments are required to do performance test in GB19489, GB50346 and 'the manage statute of pathogenic microbiological laboratory' which issued in 2004. So the evaluated method is becoming an imperative technical factor of biosafety study.From following three aspects, we established a serial of performance test methods to evaluate biosafety facilities and equipments' protect capability through the dispersion and sampling of bioaerosol technology.Firstly, The ideal microbiology indicator is screening from studing the cultural character of serratia marcescens, spore of Bacillus subtilis var. niger, bacteriophage f2 ,and their atomization damage tolerating, Impaction damage tolerating, disinfectant sensitivity, aerosol particle diameter spectrum character, and the aerosol particle survivability;we demonstrated by the aerosol particle analysator that the number median diameter(NMD) of particles generating by TK-2 and DB40 neubilizer is about 1μ m , It can represents the bad aerosol exists in reality veritably. The collection efficiency, medium, sampling flow and time of AGI and AMS sampling are also compared in order to select the optimal condition, these research reveals the key factors that may be effect the bio-test mostly.Furthermore, The work flow and practices model for evaluating the...
