Survey On Reproductive Health Service In Rural Area, Anhui Province

Objective. Evaluating Reproductive Health services in township hospitals and family planning stations in the county, include the primary equipment, disinfectants quality, physicians' knowledge and skill. Get the information of women's reproductive health problems in research region from the view of physicians. Assessing the Reproductive Health services requirement, including perinatal services requirement, the contraception efficiency of IUD (intrauterine contraceptive device), utilization of health services and the knowledge level of STDs and AIDS.Method. Qualitative and quantitative studies were carried out to investigate the condition of Reproductive Health services. Social demography and economic data of research region were collected in first stage. All of Reproductive Health physicians worked in township hospitals and family planning stations in the county would be recruited to get the information of local reproductive health services and their skill and knowledge in in-depth interview.Data of the condition of each hospital, the function distributing of operating rooms and construction's condition were collected through the way of observation and video recording. Collecting the using disinfectants was applicated to test the average bacteria amount. In 19 villages, we chose three criterions(the population of women aged 18 to 49,the average per year incoming and IUD surgery number of each village yearly) divided 19 villages to 3 clusters through the Hierarchical Cluster Classify analysis .we chose a village as the research region in each cluster.
