Background and purposeCryptosporidiosis is global Parasitic Zoonoses and have important significance of public sanitation.Cryptosporidium can parasitize humans and animals of 170 types including birds,mammalian,crawls etc.The main symptoms is diarrhoea and respirations .Diarrhea is common symptoms in human. Cryptosporidiosis is ranked one of the common 6 disease of diarrhea.The researches on morphologic of the three strains of cryptosporidium from humans were performed in henan province.several cross infection tests and the pathologic changes of small intestines in the infected mice and small chickens were done,.and construct the tree of develop.in order to confirm the speciality of biology.Further study on cryptosporidiosis depends on the establishment of their animal model.three strains can infect the mouse of the immunocompromised and immunocompetent.among the three trains,one and two strains are consistent in clinic symptom and pathlolgy.and obviously serious to the symptom of the three srains.one and two are identical in rule of spawn .but the difference with the three stains are great.there are the difference in the position of parasition.we found that one and two strains parasitized mainly in ileum of mice which differented from obviously the three strains that parasitized in duodenum of mice , the three strains can infect the small...
