Part One Establishment of intracerebral hemorrhage model in rats by injecting autologous bloodBackground The pathophysiological mechanisms of intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) are not fully understood and there is still no effective way to treat the disease clinically. So, it's very meaningful and useful to establish a reproducible and reliable ICH model for studying the pathophysiology of ICH. Objective To establish a ICH model in rats by injecting autologous blood with double-injection method.
