Objective: This study examed the integrated backscatter parameters of the healthy adults and the diabetics'retina by the integrated backscatter technique, analysed the pathological changes of the diabetics'retina in every stage, made correlation between the integrated backscatter parameters and levels of HbA1cat the same time. The aim of this study is to assess the feasibility of the integrated backscatter for the value of the diabetics'retina. The new technique provide a harmless means for clinic which estimate the retinas'normal structure and the pathological change of diabetics'retina. Methods: 150 healthy adults (male65, female 85) with 300 eyes were divided into 3 groups by age.â… group: 50 men with 100 eyes from 20 to 39 years old,â…¡group: 50 men with 100 eyes from 40 to 59 years old.â…¢group: 50 men with 100 eyes elder than 60 years old; There were 78 diabetic (male53, female 37) of 150 eyes, all of them were examed by the Funduscopy and the fluorescein angiography, they were divided into 3 groups: DM patients of 56 eyes without DR group, DM patients of 68 eyes with the background DR, DM patients of 40 eyes with the proliferative DR, who were examed the HbA1c. The retinas were examed by 2-DE and the hemodynamic parameters of central retinal artery which was measured by CDFI. We magnified the imagining in the condition of the ZOOM, placed the ROI in the retina and choosed the sclera for reference. The standard IBS value is the retina's IBS scleras'IBS, as IBS%.Results: 1,The non-significant difference were found among nose side, temple side and middle side of healthy adults and diabetics'retina by IBS value and IBS%; The non-significant difference were found in dissimilarity sexual by...
