| Purpose: The growth and transfer of breast tumour depend on the formation of newly blood vessel.Microvessel density has correlated with the formation of tumors'vessel. Microvessel density can be used to detect the formation of tumor angiogenesis.With the development of real—contrast ultrasound technique,it is possible for us to display tumors'small vessels by ultrasound,when contrast medium particles reach the organs and tissues,Its number can reflex imbue state of microcirculation. Up to date,the articles about the relevance between the quantitive detection on breast tumours'vessel by ultrasound and the tumour's microvessel density are very rare, moreover the relevance has not come to a certain conclusion. Real---contrast ultrasound technique was used in this research and time---intensity curve quantitive parameters was analyzed, then we detected the microvessel density in breast neoplasms tissue,used immunobiochemistry to analyze the relevance between them to discuss the application value of ultrasonic visualization in distinguishing benign tumors from malignant tumors and corresponding pathological changes, the object is to provide more valuable imformation for the early diagnosis of breast cancer.Materials and Methods: 36 breast tumour patients confimed pathological were recruited in this study.
