A Correlated Factors Analysis Study To CHD Of D Personality Who Experience Stress

Aim to find out some effect factors, and that effects on the results after psychological stress about CHD of D personalityObjects and Methods Objects We have drawn out 109 patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) in Dalian Friendship Hospital. Methods: All patients were divided into two groups according to DS14 diagnostic criterion (Type D Personality Scale), the one group have 32 patients with type D personality,and the other group have 77 patients without type D personality. All of them are investigated with the General Health Questionnaire, the Zung'Self-Rating Depression scale (SDS), Fatigue Assessment Instrument(FIA), Cognition degree Inventory , General Quality of Life Inventory-74 (GQOL-74) before receiving medication and their clinic materials were collected. After one month, 46 patients (13 type D patients, 26 non-type D patients) were drawn out to fill in both the same scales above and Perceived Social Support Scale (PSSS). Statistical analyses were performed using SPSS11.0 software. We have used X2, t test,χ2test, Multible linear regression to analysis our data base.Results:①29% patients with coronary heart disease were type D patients.②There are no significant different between the two groups in the physical factors (p<0.05). But there are significant dfferent between the two groups in the SDS(p<0.05).③After 1 month, when the patints have recovered from the stress.
