Research For Protective Effect Of Pretreatment Of Bay Aspirin On Focal Cerebral Ischemia Reperfusion Damage In SD Rat With Hyperglycemia

Objective: applying focal ischemia-reperfusion model of SD rat on the condition of hyperglycemia, through observing cerebral pathomorphology, cerebral infarction volume of rat, state of neurologic impairment and expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1,endothelin-1 and inhibitory apoptosis gene bcl-2 to discuss(1)protective effect of pretreatment of bay aspirin on focal ischemia-reperfusion damage in SD rat on the condition of hyperglycemia (2)on the condition of hyperglycemia whether protective effect of combined pretreatment of bay aspirin and sibelium is more significant than that of single pretreatment by bay aspirin or sibelium.Method:72 healthy male SD rats ,body weight 180-220g, with normal blood glucemia ( <6mmol/l ) were randomly divided into 4 groups, hyperglycemia group(n=18),bay aspirin+hyperglycemia group(namely bay aspirin group n=18),sibelium+hyperglycemia group(namely sibelium group n=18),bay aspirin +sibelium+hyperglycemia group(namely combined medication administration group n=18),each group was divided into 3 subgroups according to reperfusion 3h(n=6),6h (n=6),24h (n=6) after ischemia for 90 minutes. 50% glucose were injected for all animals in 3g/kg by intraperitoneal injection 30 minutes before ischemic operation to establish hyperglycemia model, if blood glucose reached 11.1mmol/L before obstruction, that means modle is established successfully.
