[Objective] The experiment designed tea polyphenols compound (TPC) according to the related studies, theories of modern Chinese medicine and the prepared trials we did. Mainly to study the anticancer effect of tea polyphenols compound (TPC) in vivo and in vitro and the mechanism of inducing apoptosis and blood biochemical Parameters related to anticancer effects as well as the Indexes of immune organ in Tumor-bearing Mice.[Methods] The tea polyphenols compound (TPC) was used to detect the anticancer effects on S180 cell line by means of MTT in vitro. By means of transplantable tumor in vivo, to observe the inhibitory effect of TPC on S180 cells proliferation; assay the serum enzymes activity related to tumor (Catalase, Lactate dehydrogenase, Glutathione peroxidase); measure indexes of immune organs; observe the effects of tea polyphenols compound (TPC) inducing apoptosis by histology and morphology, the DNA ladder and the expression of Bcl-2 were examined.[Results] The results in vitro showed that 100 mg/L, 200 mg/L, 400 mg/L tea polyphenols compound (TPC) had significantly anticancer effects on S180 cell for 48 hours with the antineoplastic rate of 35.92%, 42.88%, 53.85%, respectively, while for 72 hours with the antineoplastic rate of 41.29%, 46.58%, 61.63%, respectively. The results in vivo showed that the antineoplastic rates of low dose inhibitory group, high dose inhibitory group, low dose therapy group and high dose therapy group were 30.63%, 37.91%, 32.60%, 37.95%, respectively; Compared with the control group, with TCP drenched, the indexes of thymus and spleen among different experimental groups had significantly increased; with TCP drenched, LDH activity among experimental groups had significantly decreased, while activities of CAT and GSH-PX had significantly increased. Typical apoptotic changes were observed in tumor in experimental groups under the microscope. Compare with the control group, the experimental groups had also obvious DNA ladder and lower levels of Bcl-2 expression. Under the same dose of TPC, the anticancer effects of preventable groups...
