The Influence Of The Anti-platelet Aggregration Drugs On _sCD40L, P-selectin And PLA2 Of The Patients Of Coronary Heart Disease

Objectives: This paper mainly studied the influence of different anti-plateletaggregration drugs on sCD40L, P-selectin and PLA2 of coronary heart disease patient. It also probed into the significance of sCD40L through the research of the relevance of sCD40L, P-selectin and PLA2.Methods: Selecting 80 CHD patients among whom 20 are SAP patients, 40UAP and 20 AMI and treating the 80 patients with A, A+C, A+H, and A+H+C respectively, we measured the density of sCD40L, P-selectin and PLA2 before they received the treatment. Meanwhile, we used the other 20 patients who had not got coronary diseases though the coronary artery angiography as the normal constrastive group.Results: 1. There are obvious differences of the density of sCD40L, P-selectinand PLA2 between normal contrastive group and different types of acute coronary syndrome (UAP, AMI) before receiving the treatment. AMI>UAP>the normal contrastive group (p<0.01). No differences exist in the SAP and the normal constrative group. (P>0.05).2. There is no difference on _SCD40L,P-selectin and PLA2 at the different time before and after receving the treatment in SAP groups (P>0.05) .3. The level of CD40L on the group A+C and the group A+H+C has obviously dropped after the treatment (P<0.001) , while the level of that on the group A+H has had no difference (P>0.05) .The falling degrees of the groups of A+C, A+H+C are more obvious than that of A+H groups at the end of observation and before the treatment (p<0.001)4. There exist obvious differences of P-selectin of the groups of A+C, A+H and A+H+C at different time before and after receiving the treatment (A+C 组, A+H+C 组, P<0.001; A+H 组, P<0.05). The falling degrees of P-selection in the groups of A+C, A+H+C are more obvious than that of A+H group at the end of observation and before the treatment (p<0.001).5. There are obvious differences of PLA2 of the groups of A+C,A+H and A+H+C at the different time before and after receiving the treatment (A+C, A+H+C,P<0.001; A+H,P<0.01) . The falling degrees of the groups of A+C, A+H+C are more obvious than that of A+H group at the end of observation and before the treatment(p<0.001).6. The straight linear relevance analysis shows that the changing values of sCD40L, P-selectin and PLA2 are relevant to each other.
