Objective: It was firmly established that congenital heart diseases (CHD) have being resulted in by many factor, among which, interaction of the hereditary factors and the environment deformity factors are main cause of CHD. Virus infection of foetus is the most important one for CHD in the environment deformity factors, so obstetrics and gynecology doctors pay it attention mostly that pregnant woman has being infected by TORCH (toxoplasma, rubella virus, human cytomegalo-virus, herpes simplex virus). The relation between TORCH and CHD has not been established expect rubella virus. For finding the direct evidence that TORCH result in CHD, CMV, TOX, HSV and RV pathogenic genes were detected in heart tissue and blood of CHD with fluorescence quantity PCR(polymerase chain reaction) in this research. Methods: TORCH pathogenic genes of heart tissue were detected in 80 cases of CHD and 32 cases of controls coming from rheumatic heart disease and death foetus with fluorescence quantity PCR. The positive ratio had been compared .At the same time, we detected TOX, RV and HSV pathogenic genes in serum and HCMV pathogenic genes in leucocyte . T test was performed to determine the differences between mean values for continuous variables of baseline and...
