At the same time, Rats in the treated group treated by intragastric Celecoxib. The expression of COX-2mRNA in liver tissue was observed. Simultaneous, the effect celecoxib has on the liver injury of ALD was observed. Combine with the biochemical index and the liver pathology to explore the mechanism of the selective COX-2 inhibitor in the ALD, accordingly, we can discuss the role of the specificity inhibitor of COX-2 in preventing ALD in order to provide rational basis for preventing and treating patients with ALD by celecoxib. Methods Thirty male Wistar rats weighed 150-200g were divided randomly into three groups after acclamited for a week. In the model group and treated group, the rats were developed by intragastric alcohol (5-9g·kg-1·d-1) of increasing concentration gradually. In the treated group, the rats were added by intragastric Celecoxib(20 mg-1 kg-1d). In the normal group, the rats we developed have nothing to be done with. The two groups except normal group were developed by intragastric alcohol at 9:00am and the treated group was added by intragastric Celecoxib at 4:00pm for 12 weeks. All rats were fed with normal rat chow and divided into different cages in sanitary... | Keywords/Search Tags: | cyclooxygenase-2, alcoholic liver disease, superoxide dismutase, malondialdehyde, 6-keto- prostaglandin F l-alpha, thromboxane B2, cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitor, tumor necrosis factor-α | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
