Objective:To investigate relationship between fetal biophysical score and umbilical artery blood S/D value and fetal prognosis in preeclampisa, and to ensure prognostic and diagnosis value. Methods: By using B-ultrasonic and NST, 45 patients with preeclampisa were monitored before delivery. The results of fetal biophysical score(non-stress test, fetal breath movement, fetal movement and fetal tension) and umbilical artery blood S/D value were analyzed. Results:Fetal biophysical score, umbilical artery blood S/D value and fetal prognosis in preeclampisa pregnancy had significant correlation, and fetal biophysical score were more significant. Conclusion: Associated monitoring fetal biophysical score and umbilical artery blood S/D value could improve diagnosis of fetus hypoxemia. Monitoring muscular tension of fetus is sensitive parameter. This parameter provides evidence to estimate fetal hypoxia and prognosis in clinic practice.
