Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Fructus Lycii in Xinjiang and its antioxidation, to expand effect of Fructus Lycii in Xinjiang and to establish firm foundament for further developing and utilizing of Fructus Lycii in XingJiang. Method: We use heating racirculation extractio to extract the herb, adopt silica gel column chromatography and gel column chromatography for seperation and apply chemical reactions and spectroscopic means such as 1H-NMR,13C-NMR, EI-MS to identify the structure of the componds, we employ liver microsome lipid peroxidation model for sieving the active fraction. Result: We have got one monomer compond from water extraction, four monomer componds from MeOH extraction and two monomer componds from CHCL3 extraction. They are undetermined ( I ), undetermined (II), β-Sitosterol (III), daucosterol(IV), undetermined (V), 4-hydroxide radical-antiform- cinnamic acid (VI) and rutin(VII). The results have indicated that 95% alcohol elutropic fraction of macroporous resin of Fructus Lycii shows antioxidation. When the final concentration is 100 ug/ml, the inhibation ratio of MDA is the highest, the average inhibation ratio of MDA is 88.4%, maximal inhibation ratio of MDA is 89.7%. The average IC50 is 33.1%, maximal IC50 is 37.8%. Conclusion: We have studied the chemical compositions of Fructus Lycii in XingJiang for the first time. The compounds above is discovered in Fructus Lycii in...
