Objective: GHL is a key static stabilizing structure of shoulder joint. Adopt selective cut test, i.e., observe the shift of humeral bone before and after selectively loosening some part of ligament to evaluate the function of the ligament holding anterior stability of shoulder joint, and to provide basic theoretical criteria for clinic treatment. Methods and Material: Take 15 upper limbs specimen from fresh adult corpse to make shoulder joint-bone ligament specimen, and give the whole equipment 22N centric load to increase the experimental reliability and repeatability. Measure the load-shift curve of the following specimen respectively at the shoulder joint in abductive angle of 0°,45°,90°,influenced. by 50N posterior-anterior load, to evaluate anterior stability of shoulder joint: (1) complete; (2) injured SGHL; (3) injured SGHL+MGHL; (4) injured SGHL+MGHL+IGHL ; (5) injured MGHL ; (6) injured MGHL+IGHL; (7) injured IGHL-AB; (8) injured IGHL-PB; (9) injured IGHL. Conduct a ANOVA analysis using statistics software SPSS10.0 to compare stability of each group of shoulder joint. Results: For complete one, there is a very small average shift, i.e., 15.00±4.99mm, and a good anterior stability of shoulder joint; for injured...
