Objective In order to lucubrate and develop the plenty of resource of dictyophoraon in Guizhou province, offer the base for prevention of local poisoning caused by arsenic. Methods 180 healthy kunming mices, in half respectively male and female, their weight was 18-25g separatery, exposure routes from stomach, 0.2ml/10g.bw. (1) The experiment of acute oxidize damage: the mice were randomly divided into 4 groups and 20 for each group: normal control, low-dose group (As2O3, 1.67mg/kg.bw), middle-dose group (As2O3, 5mg/kg.bw), high-dose group (As2O3, 15mg/kg.bw). Animals were killed after treated 24h, the serum of mice were prepared, The total anti-oxidant ability, hydrouslfide group(-SH), glutathion S-transferase(GST), glutathione(GSH), xanthine oxidese (XOD), nitric oxide synthetase (NOS), nitric oxide (NO) and malondialdehyde (MDA) contents in serum of mice were mensurated by biochemical methods; (2) The subacute experiment of anti-oxidative effect: The mice were randomly divided into 4 groups and 10 for each group: normal control; arsonist model control (As2O3 5mg/kg.bw, once of 2 days), arsenic and low-dose of dicyiphora (5g/kg.bw)...
