Objective: Through establishing the cadaver model of the medial synovial entrapment of the hip in children and adopting different ultrasonic methods, the study was to learn of the clinic significance of the ultrasonic imaging and ultrasonography (US) in the medial synovial entrapment of the hip in children to evaluate the veracity of US diagnosis on the medial synovial entrapment of the hip . This study was also to provide anatomy evidence and its corresponding ultrasonic images for US diagnosis in clinic. Methods: 1.Basic experiment : 30 cadaveric specimens (60 hip joints) were chosen to establish the cadaver model of the medial synovial entrapment of the hip in children. Specimens with obviously malformation and a history of skeleton diseases were excluded. In order to ensure the unification of the standard image between anatomy and imaging, the experiment adopted double blind trial to establish the cadaver model of the medial synovial entrapment of the hip in children: (1) To ensure the bilateral symmetry of the cadavers hip, the hip joint must be rotated, and two food thumb touch each other, just conforming to the method of Graf-Schuler. After these hips were injected with 10ml of saline solution...
