ObjectiveTo admove high-frequency ultrasound monitoring of rheumatoid arthritis earlier period of Synovium thickness and blood flow abnor change in Synovium. In order to appraise earlier period of curative effect with rheumatoid arthritis to provide a diagnosis.MethodsTo adopt the United States of America Philips IE33 color Doppler ultrasonoscope, high-frequency linear array frequency of wave (7.5~12MHZ), to observe of articulatio metacarpophalangea. The subjects were diagnosed as RA with inpatient hospitalfrom(40 cases) march 2009 to march 2011 years. Including of 16 cases male, 24 cases female, years of age 24~72years, average of age (48±24) years. 40 cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis are divided into prior- treatment and post-treatment by their own control. All of patient prior- treatment and system with drug treatment of 6 months, the first, after Respectively comprehensive assessment of clinical, again ultrasonic measurement bilateral metacarpophalangeal synovial thickness of the situation, and used of color Doppler observed blood flow in the synovial, it is or not shape pannus, adopt to brachytely blood mode measured it's blood parameter. If there is blood flow signal, to take pulse Doppler sampling volume for 1mm, the gain was adjusted to the largest sensitivity, but it is not producted noise signal. Measured synovial blood flow rate, arterial blood of peak systolic flow velocity(Vmax),end-diastole blood flow rate(Vmin) and resistent index(RI). Each joint were measured three times prior- treatment and post-treatment whichever is the mean of all experimental, all data were statistically analyzed.Results1. The drug therapy, the clinical curative effect evaluation of various indexes fell, there is a significant difference of statistical significance (p<0.01).2. Post-treatment patients with synovial thickness and blood flow were lower than prior- treatment; synovial artery resistent index were highter than prior- treatment; the difference was statistically significant (p<0.01).3. Prior- treatment and post-treatment synovial thickness and artery resistent index to assume height negative correlation, the difference were statistically significant (p<0.01).ConclusionsSynovial thickness, synovial pannus and synovial artery resistent index change were better observed prior-treatment and post-treatment,application of high frequency ultrasound technology.
