[Objective]Along with the rapid development of traffic and industry, maxillofacial bone fracture shows a ascending trend year after year, it brings on more and more patients of maxillofacial bone fracture. Maxillofacial bone fractures always bring serious facial abnormality and functional obstruction to the patients. The chiefly aim is to rehabiliate the original contour and function of patients. Panfacial fracture, obsolete fracture and so on often bring serious three-dimensional maxillofacial abnormality to patients. In this condition, the three-dimensional measurement of maxillofacial fracture of patient is to help surgeon know the serious extent exactly and characteristic of abnormality, it can provide credible reference for choosing operation plan and prognosis. Therefore, 3D-CMI was designed for exactly three-dimensional measurement of the patient's facial skeleton and contour and ideally rehabilitation of patient's facial contour. At the same time, it can afford measurement instrument for craniomaxillofacial plastic and cosmetology ,exact pre-operation design, post-operation contour prognosis and effect evaluation by 3D-CMI. [Methods](1), adopting stainless steel matter, using technics of vernier calipers...
