Objective:To study the effect of CO2 and 5% dextrose on proliferation and apoptosis of endometrial cancer cell (HEC-1-B). Find which one is the better distending medium for the patients suspected have endometrial cancer. Methods:Endometrial cancer cells were divided into 3 groups: (1)control group;(2) 5% dextrose group;(3)CO2 group. In the 5% dextrose group cells were put in 37℃ , 5% dextros environment for 1hour. In the CO2 group, cells were put in 37℃, 100% CO2, 30mmHg environment for lhour. The control group was not administrated. The optical density (OD) value of Endometrial cancer cells were measured with MTT chromometry every 24 hours in the next 9 days. G1 peak value of Endometrial cancer cells were detected with PI straining flow cytometer method in the next 1st,3rd,5th,7th,9th days. All data were analysised by SPSS 11.5 software.Result: The OD value of the three groups all tended to rise. But the level of control group and CO2 group were more significant than 5% dextrose group (P<0.05 = . There is no significant difference of the OD value was observed at the next 9 days between the control group and CO2 group(P>...
