The Value Of Sonohesterography In Diagnosis And Treatment Of Intrauterine Adhesion

Objective:To evaluate the value of sonohesterography(SHG) in the diagnosis of intrauterine adhesion,and explore preliminarily the utility of SHG in treatment of IUA and the ultrasonographic appearance of intrauterine adhesion in SHGMaterials and Methods:60 patients suspected of intrauterine adhesion were prospectively enrolled in this study conducted from January 2005 to February 2006 in the gynecologic department of West China second Hospital of SiChuan University.SHG and hesteroscopy were carried out respectively.The findings of hesteroscopy were regarded as diagnostic goldstandard.According to the results of hesteroscopy,the accuracy of SHG was assessed. Analyzing the SHG characteristics of all subjects investigated and exploring the SHG appearance of intrauterine adhesion.
