The Protection Of Borneol In Acute Myocardial Injury In Rats

[ Objecive ] To explore the protection and possible mechanisms of borneol in acute ischemic myocardial injury in rats.[Methods] Acute ischemic myocardial injury was experimentally induced by hypodermic injecting isoprenaline(ISO 30mg/kg).SD rats were divided into six groups at random. They were control group, the ISO group(NS 10ml/kg),the borneol group(400mg/kg), the borneol group(200mg/kg), the borneol group(100mg/kg)and the DanShen group (400mg/kg);The effect of borneol in myocardium was observed by pathomorphism , ΔJ of ECG and measured by cardiac index. The express of bcl-2,bax,caspase-3 was studied by ABC immunohistochemistry.
