Aim: The traditionary study that used computed tomography(CT) /high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) and used continuous histological section combined with image analysis by computer to investigate the three-dimensional(3D) trabecular structure, anisotropy, connectivity was defected to present a precise three-dimensional(3D) image of tissue .Thus, this study wants to explore a feasible means of reconstructing the three-dimensional trabecular structure, connectivity and to provide a precise three-dimensional(3D) images model of maxilla trabecular microstructures.Method: This study is to infiltrating embedding undecalcificated cancellous bone with Polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA),and to accomplish three-dimensional reconstruction of maxilla cancellous bone microstructures make use of continual specimen ground section with 50μ thickness under precise manipulation, combined with images collection...
