Objectives:1. To get to know about the current evaluation status of clinic teachers tobaccalaureate nursing students in the teaching hospitals of Sichuan Province,2. To analyze evaluation influencing factors of undergraduate nursing students.3. Based on this information and a combination of reform intent of the clinical teachers, corresponding strategies were put forward.Methods:A self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the 158 clinical teachers and nurse supervisors of baccalaureate nursing students in the four teaching hospitals in Sichuan. Data about the evaluation of baccalaureate nursing students were collected and analyzed.Results:1. The evaluation contents of the four hospitals are not uniform and normative, with theory check, operation estimation and medical record writing predominating, ability appraisal accounting for little.2. Various routes and methods are used by the clinical teachers to evaluate undergraduate nursing interns, such as operation estimation (94.3%), observation estimation (91.5%), and theory check (86.1%).
