ForewordTummy cancer is common malignant tumour, death ratio causing by tummy cancer has rank the top position among all malignant tumour death ratios. Therefore , it is very important and meaningful to seek for new method of prevention and cure tummy cancer positively and to further improve the total level in curing tummy cancer.The lose control of cell cycle has been an important event in tumour occurrence and development. Cylin and CDK are central techs in cell cycle adjustment. CDKI means a family consist of diverse protein, the combination of CDKI and CDK form compound protein, it retrains the catalyze activity of enzyme. The combination of CDK and cyclin will accelerate cell cycle period, the combination of CDK and CDKI will restrain cell division. P27 gene is discovered recently which will adjust cell cycle and restrain cell division in cancer gene, the code, namely P27 protein, is cyclin reliant protein enzyme gene and has played and important role in adjustment of cell cycle process. The declination of its expression is closely related with alimentary canal tumor's occurrence, development and inbreak. This research examines the tumour cancer and normal P27 protein using immune tissue chemical method, aims to observe the relationship between tummy cancer tissue expression and its tumour development and cells' malignant activities, discusses clinical meanings of tummy cancer diagnose and new signal after its recovery.MethodWe have chosen forty tummy cancer patients who are recorded since May.
