[Objectives] To derive the clinical application of various imaging modalities in liver transplantation(LT) from evaluation imaging of before and after LT , then present secure and efficient imaging evaluation modalities for clinical;and disucss about the clinical significance of interventional therapy in LT . [Materials and Methods] The literatures related to imaging methods and imaging manifestations of 56 cases LT patients from October 1999 to October 2005 were reviewed , the results were contrasted with clinicopathologic and intraoperation findings, assess the application of different kinds of imaging modalities in the parenchyma and the vasculature of the liver , the biliary system , and the extrahepatic region of the upper abdomen and beyond . The clinical effects of postoperative complications of LT by interventional therapy were analysed . [Results] â‘  Imaging diagnosis accordancerate of primary diseases was 100% , results compared with pathology .â‘¡ find pulmonary complication before and after LT by conventionalx-ray examination such as pulmonary infection .atelectasis pulmonary, interstitial disease, pleural effusion ,et al. â‘¢ portal vein tumor thrombosis or the hepatic veins blocked by cancer embolism were seen before LT by Ultra sound(US), Computed tomography (CT) , Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). abnormal hepatic artery were seen in 3 patients by Digital subtraction angiography (DSA) ,and 5 patients by MRI. The accurate rate was 100%. â‘£ the specifity of rejection reaction was 75% and the accurate rate of angiostenosis was 66.7% underwent Ultrasonograph examine after LT. four cases had pulmonary complication after LT including pulmonary tuberculosis, lung metastasis and tumor recurrence by CT examine. the accurate rate of hepatic artery and biliary complication was 100% by MRI examine after LT. 6 cases had...
