The Expression And Significance Of CyclinD1 And CDK4 In Human Proliferative Glomerulonephritis | | Posted on:2007-02-21 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:C X Song | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2144360185491989 | Subject:Science within the kidney | | Abstract/Summary: | | | Objective:To investigate the expression of CyclinD1 and CDK4 in renal tissue of patients with human proliferative glomerulonephritis and their relationships with clinical manifestations.Methods:Immunohistochemical studies were performed on 36 specimens from renal biopsies to detect CyclinD1 and CDK4.The correlations among CyclinD1 and CDK4,the degree of MC proliferation and clinical index were analyzed.Results:There is no obvious expression of CyclinD1 and CDK4 in normal glomerular areas, while mild expression in normal renal tubular areas.Compared with the normal control group,it was significantly higher than the expression of CyclinD1 and CDK4 in renal tissue of patients with PGN (P <0.01), there is different expression among the subgroups. And the more severity of the mesangial proliferation , the more increasing of the expression of CyclinD1 and CDK4.The difference of expression of CyclinD1 and CDK4 between the mild mesangial and the endocapillary proliferation group has no significance (P>0.05), and the difference of expression of CyclinD1 and CDK4 among the sever,media and mild mesangial proliferation group has significance (P<0.05 or P<0. 01) in glomerular areas. In renal tubular areas, the difference of expression of CyclinD1 and CDK4 has significance among the mesangial proliferation groups (P<0.05), while the difference of expression of CyclinD1 and CDK4 between the mild mesangial and the endocapillary proliferation group has no significance (P>0.05).
