Hepatocarcinoma is one of the common malignant tumors in China. At least 130 000 people died of hepatocarcinoma, with second highest incidence for all cancers, especially southeast littoral. At present surgical is principal for treatment of early hepatocarcinoma, but with 5 % ~ 10 % of surgical rate. As development of radiophysics and application of conformal radiation therapical technique , radiotherapy has increasingly become one of leading non-surgical treatment of hepatocarcinoma. Because above 90% of patients with hepatocarcinoma combinated with chronic hepatitis or lever cirrhosis, and that radical tolerance of patients with liver disease is significantly lower than that with normal liver, our research discuss radiation injury of liver under state of liver disease from radiopathological point of view, and further guide clinical therapy.Objective:1. To prepare rabbit model with liver cirrhosis and hepatocarcinoma, and to provide theoretical basis for discussion of radiation injury of liver under state of liver disease;...
