ObjectiveThe changing rule of the hemodynamics of eyes and ocular blood flow parameters in the eye of hyperthyroidism were detected. And to find out which parameters produce an outcome in the eye of hyperthyroidism. So as to provide reference for estimating the diagnostic value of the eye of hyperthyroidism in color Doppler sonogrphy.Methods1 .Commonly data. The groups were divided into three groups that were 25 normal persons (50 eyes) ,26 patients(52eyes)with hyperthyroidis and 31paitients(62eyes) with the eye of hyperthyroidism.2.Image of B-ultrasonic and valve flow spectrum with color Doppler imaging.Color Doppler flow imaging was detected in the all objects. And the parameters included the hemodynamics that were the peak systolic velocity(PSV), end diastolic velocity(EDV) and resistive index (RI)of the ophthalnic artery (OA) , the short post ciliary artery(SPCA) and the central retinal artery (CRA). The ocular axes , the horizental ocular dimensions, the perimeter and area and volume of retrobaball soft tissue were simultaneously measured with B-ultrasonic. The intraocular pressure and the degree of exophthalmos also be included into these parameters.3. The intraocular pressure and the degree of exophthalmos.the intraocular pressure was measured with Reichert AT-550 non contacttonometer , and the degree of exophthalmos with Hertel' exophthalmos instrument.4. All data were input computer to statistic analyzing by SPSS11.0.The account results expressed in mean and Std. Deviation. It was compared by one-way ANOVA among groups. The data of the intraocular pressure of the eye of hyperthyroidism...
