Objective:To study the expression and regulation of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA),Ki-67,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),c-myc,bax and bcl-2 in three lymphadenectasis diseases, including lymphadenitis, reactive hyperplasia of lymph node, malignant lymphoma. And studying the pathogenesis that what leads development of diseases to different directions, searching biomolecule marks that could be evidences of differential diagnosis, and doing the correlation analysis with treatment and prognosis.Establishing foundation of studying the treatment of molecule- target further.Method: To collect 84 paraffin wax specimens of tissue surgically removed lymph node diseases, including 30 cases of lymphadenitis, reactive hyperplasia of lymph node respectively, 24 cases of malignant lymphoma.Slicing conventionally, dyeing by HE, and repeated checking all specimens cohere with clinical datas. To detect the expression levels of the proteins of PCNA,Ki-67,VEGF,c-myc,bax and bcl-2 By S-P immunohistochemistry method in 3 types of lymphadenectasis diseases.Result: (1)In 84 detected specimens, PCNA,Ki-67,VEGF,c-myc,bax and bcl-2 have been expressed in different level in these 3 types of lymphadenectasis diseases, but the positive expression rates and intensities are defferent obviously in nonmalignant diseases and malignant diseases.
