Objective: To investigate the effects of FK506 on TNF-α, p38MAPK protein expression at different ischemia-reperfusion points. To demonstrate the mechanism of TNF-α, p38MAPK in renal ischemia-reperfusion injury, in order to research the effective method to cure the ischemia-reperfusion injury in kidney. Methods: Ninety normal male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: sham-operated(sham) group, ischemia-reperfusion (IR)group, FK506+ischemia-reperfusion(FK506+IR)group. Each group comprised 30 rats, and every time point there were 6 rats under examination after reperfusion for 0 h, 2 h, 6 h,1 2 h, 24 h. FK506+IR group was subjected to ischemia-reperfusion injury with intravenous administration of FK506(0.3 mg﹒kg-1) 6 h before ischemia. IR group with the same injury followed by saline administration in the same manner. Sham group was subjected with only anesthetization and laparotomy but not ischemia. Pathomorphological changes of renal ischemia-reperfusion...
