Objective: Though observing clinically its influences on motion rating, sense rating, E.M.G., nerve conduction velocity and comparing with those treated only by acupuncture or function training, this study aims to evaluate clinical therapeutic effects and investigate its mechanisms by combination of acupuncture with function training. Methods: 90 cases patients were randomly divided into three groups to observe their therapeutic effects of motion rating, sense rating, E.M.G, nerve conduction velocity. Results: The clinical result show the treatment group can obviously improve motion rating, sense rating and nerve conduction velocity as well as clinical symptoms and E.M.G. The clinical effects in the treatment group is higher than those in the two control groups. Conclusion: The nerve conduction velocity improved faster treated by combination of acupuncture with function training than those treated only by acupuncture or function training, muscles of losing the nerve domination increase their power gradually, the patients feel their life will be happy.
