Clinical And Experimental Research On Treating Sinus Node Dysfunction With Fumailing Granule

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Fumailing Granule on Sinus node dysfunction. Methods:67 patients of Sinus node dysfunction were divided randomly into two groups.37 cases with Fumailing Granule were taken as treatment group,another 27 cases treated with Xinbao capsule were taken as control group.The changes of clinical symptoms and laboratory indexs in all the patients were observed before and after treatment.Forty New Zealand rabbits were divided randomly into blank control group and group of Xinbao 0.3g/kg,Fumailing 1g/kg,3g/kg.To observe the impact of the medication on the sinus node function. Result: In the treatment group , the total effective rate of meliorating symptoms and the remarkable rate were respectively 89.19% and 51.35% , which were significantly better than those of the control group, P<0.05 .Meanwhile,the level of the TC,TG,P-selectin were decreased after treatment .The animal test show that Fumailing Granule can improve HR and decrease SACT,SART. Conclusion : This study enriches the theory of TCM treating Sinus node dysfunction and is indicated that Fumailing Granule has obvious effect and less side effects.
