The Clinical And Experimental Research Of The Curative Effect Interfered By Kjiugan Ⅰ Decoction On ALD And The Mechanism Of It

Object:observe the clinic curative effect of KjiuganⅠDecoction according to qingrelishifa on 30 patients who were suffering from alcoholic liver disease (ALD), and reveal the mechanism of it through experimental research. Methods:Clinic study: 30 patients , who suffer from ALD, were presented. They had been taken KjiuganⅠDecoction orally for 3 months. Observe the scores of symptoms and the hepatic functions, including ALT, AST, TBiL, GGT at the beginning, middle, ending of the experiment. the physical test of liver, gall bladder and spleen,and the security indexes include the regulations of blood, urine and stool, electrocardiogram, kidney function etc were observed. Then the statistical work were done with the data. Experimental research:48 rats were divided into 4 groups: control group, model group, treated groups of Yiganling and KjiuganⅠDecoction. After 12 weeks, to observe the microstructure of hepatocyte through light microscope and electron microscope, and to detect the hepatic apoptosis with TUNEL. And tested the serum indexes including ALT, AST, IL-6, and the SOD,MDA,TNFαin rats liver tissues to understand the inflammation's variation of liver cell and the tissue. Results: After counted with statistics,KjiuganⅠDecoction is safe and effective to cure hepatisis. After three months of treatment the patients'serum index, symptom and B-ultrasonic of liver ,gall bladder and spleen were all improved(P<0.05,P<0.01). So KjiuganⅠDecoction has good effects of anti-hepatitis. After the cure of KjiuganⅠDecoction, the index in plasm of all the groups with KjiuganⅠDecoction were improved. And the expression of the inflammation medium and the factor associated with apoptosis of them reduce markedly .And their degrees of hepatic cell's denaturation, putrescence, apoptosis are reduced than model group's .
