Experimental Study On Influences Of Purgative Therapy Upon High Intracranial Pressure Of Rabbits

Objective: To study the influences of Purgative Therapy (DCQM)upon high intracranial pressure in a model of acute intra-cerebral hematoma in rabbits,and explore its action mechanism.Methods: Rabbits were applicated in the experimental study,and randomly divided into model group,saline group(control group),mannitol group (treatment group one),DCQM group (treatment group two).We established the model of intracerebral hematoma with injection autologus blood,and observed the ICP,SOD,LPO and MCCT,and the comparisons were carried out.Results: DCQM can remarkably decrease the ICP for long time and have the function of significant anti-oxidation and reducing cerebral edema,futherover,the function after using drugs twice is better than once.Conclusions: Purgative therapy has extremely precisely therapeutical effect, moreover,it can last long time and has certain action mechanisms.The study achievements provide new thoughtways and methods.
