Experimental Study On PRA And PRB Of Endometriosis Model Treat With Mifepristone And Gestrinone

【Objective】To evaluate the effect of mifepristone and gestrinone on Progesterione receptor isoforms A(PRA) and PRB of endometriosis model,and investigate the expression of PRA,PRB effecet on endometriosis.【Method】Human endometrium fragments was injected into nude mice subcutaneouly,and put them into three groups at random:placebo group,mifepristone group and gestrinone group.The course of treatment is three weeks.To measure and compare endometrial volume and weight,observe their difference of histomorphology.By immunohistochemistry methods assess the PRA and PRB expression of endometriosis model.【Results】1.2 weeks after injection, mice were necropsied and endometriotic-like lesions were found in 83.3% of animals.2.Eutopic endometrium had a higher growth rate compare with normal endometrium (P<0.05).3.Compare with placebo group,ectopic endometrial volume and weight of mifepristone group and gestrinone group were reduced significantly(P<0.05).4.Observe under optical microscope:endometrium look like cheese,the gland and stromal cells of endometrium were seen.The longer time endometrium growth in mice,the more obvious fibrous degeneration of endometrium.5 weeks after...
