The Effect Of ErZi Capsule On The Level Of AsAb And Immunologic Function Of Cell In Rats With AsAb

The subject is proceeded according to the theory of TCM , as basing on the former clinical result and experiment , we used ErZi Capsule to treat rats of the immulogical infertility due to AsAb, The major therapy is enhance kidney and eliminate blood stasis.Objective: To observe the level of AsAb, cic, index of overtum, the nimber of pregnacy , and so on. to expore machanism of ErZi Capsule in treating immulogical infertility due to AsAb, and expand application to provide the theories basis.Methods: The experiment was carried out on the SD big rats , Modle of rats with AsAb were established by injection of antigen of humen sperm in the below of skin for one time once two weeks , all in four time.When modle rats were established , all rats were randomly divided into five groups: vacant group(VG). modle group(MG). high dosage group treated with ErZi Capsule (HG). low dosage group treated with ErZi Capsule (LG) and group treated with prednisone ace tate (PG). ten rats in each group. 0.9% physiological saline was syringed through mouth into the stomach of rats in VG and MG. once a day, each was 5ml, HG and LG were faded through mouth into the stomach respectively with 4.8g/kg · d and 2.4 g/kg·dof ErZi Capsule, PG were given prednisone(1.5mg/kg ·d), after two weeks, 10 famale rats and 3 male rats were matted, then, two weeks later, killed and take the blood, and so on. Results: 1. The PG were very obvious in putting on weight, The weight of ovarium were obvious in HG, and lowerst in LG, PG and MG in the middle, but no meaning in statistics comparing with each other (p>0.05). 2. The number of pregnacy of MG were with very significant difference comparing with HG (p<0.01), HG and KG were the same rate, there were significant difference between VG and LG (p<0.05), but no meaning in HG, LG and PG (P>0.05). 3. The level of AsAb of MG were very significant difference comparing with HG (p<0.01) and comparing with VG (p<0.01), The level of AsAb of HG were significant difference comparing with PG (p<0.05), but no meaning in LG , HG and PG. 4.
