The Clinical Effects And Mechanisms Of BICOM2000 For Asthma In Children

Objective: To study the clinical effects and the effects on serum interleukin-4 .. totallgE and interferon-Gamma of BICOM2000 for asthma in children,through which we aim to explore the changes of immune syetem.Method: 274 children with asthma aging from 2 years to 15 years were involved in the study. 214 cases which accepted BICOM2000 therapy besides routine treatment (ICS) were studied for clinical effects.60 cases were selected to study the mechanisms, They were divided into BICOM therapy group and routine therapy group, BICOM therapy group accepted BICOM allergy therapy besides routine treatment ( ICS) ,and routine therapy group only accepted routine treatment ( ICS) ,Two groups show no significant difference in age ,sex, disease course and therapy course. Double-antibody ELISA was used to measure the level of serum interleukin-4 totallgE and interferon-Gamma before and after treatment.Results:(1)214 cases all were found allergen , mite and mold are the most frequently allergen of asthmatic children.(2)50 of 214 cases feeled better than before after the first BICOM allergy therapy, the total effective power of the therapy end is 93.46%,the total effective power for 6 months is 91.12%.
