Objectives:This study is to observe the changes of the hemorheology and dendritic cells (DC) cultured from peripheral blood mononuclear cells in patients with chronic hepatitis B and study their relations. Methods:The controls include 9 females and 12 males whose ages from 19 to 48. These selected normal persons have not any disease. The subjects were 37 patients with chronic hepatitis B, who include 23 males and 14 females, and who had been admitted to our hospital and accorded with diagnosis criterion publicized at 2000. These selected patients have not other diseases. Taking twenty milliliter empty stomach venous blood.Indices of hemorheology were measured in patients with chronic hepatitis B and healthy controls. Peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC)were isolated from all patients and healthy controls, and cultured with granulocyte-macrophage colony-stumilating factor(GM-CSF),interleukin-4 (IL-4) and tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-a) in RPMI1640 medium that contained 10% fetus cattle serum. After culturing for 7 days, take count of the DC ,then detect the phenotypes by FACS and observe the changes in morphology of DC under microscope. Then the data were statistical analysed.Result:...
