[Objective]Through measuring the levels of leptin and interleukine-1β in blood serum in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable phase, to approach the major influencing factor and their relationship to nutritional state , quality of life, pulmonary test.[Methods]1. research object:(1) COPD group:63 stable COPD patients , 33 men and 30 women, 45—75 years old, having been stable over 4 weeks. COPD diagnostic code accord with the COPD guide published in 2002. The patients are not accepted hormone and nutritional support, removing to incorporate tumor, connective tissue disease, liver or kidney functional disturbance, diabetes and other wasting disease.(2) control group:31 healthy people, 16 men and 15 women, 42-70 years old, without systemic infection in rencent 2 months.2. nutrition state and pulmonary test...
