Clinical Study On Treatment Of Tourettes Syndrome By Ningdong Granule

Objective: To study the clinical curative effect treated with Ningdong granule and explore its mechanism. Ningdong granule is a good medicine which has good treatment effect on TS. It was guided by our tutor, we aim to evaluate the curative action and explore its mechanism according to clinical observation.Methods: 120 patients of TS were randomly divided into 2 groups, the 60 patients in the treated group were treated with Ningdong granule and the 60 patients in the controlling group were treated with haloperidol. The two groups patients have no distict different in sex, in age and the degree of the ill (P>0.05 ) . Before and after the treatment, all the patients were observed tics ,clinical symptoms and the lever of T cell.Result: Clinical study shows ,The treatment group is clearly different from the controlling group: The improvement of clinical symptoms and the lever of T cell in the treatment group were better than those in the controlling group (P <0.05) . ningdong granule has a better effect on improving habitual body manipulations than the control group (P (0.05). ningdong granule has obvious effects on improving palilalia(P <0.05).The rate of reaction in the treatment group is clearly different from the controlling group (P <0.05) .Conclusions: Ningdong granule can recover the syndrome of TS patient, reduce...
