The Effects Of A Tradional Chinese Drug-Suanjiang On Animal Models Of Allergy

Objective:To study the effects of Ovalbulmin(OVA)-induced asthma and intestine allergy mice after treament with the water extract of Suanjiang. Meathods: Eighty mice(six-eight weeks) were divided into ten groups randomly ,eight mice one group .After the asthma and intestine allergy models were set ,the allergic mice were perfused to the stomachs with the high ,medium and low consistence of Suanjiang water extract .To find out the change of the laten periods of wheezing and the counts of blood eosinophlis of asthma experiment groups'mice. to observe the counts of blood eosinophlis of the mice of intestine allergy experiment groups. To take the lung of asthma experiment mice and the jejunum of intestine allergy experiment mice.To make pathology slices with the hematoxylin-eosin(HE) and toluidine blue stainin.At the time ,to look into the change of type II alveolar cells and small intestine epithelium cells with transmission electron microscope. The levels of histamine in gut and lung tissue of the mice were assayed by a fluorescent method.Results: 1. Asthma experiment groups:The high and medium density Suanjiangwater extract could prolong the laten periods of wheezing and could decrease the counts of blood eosinophlis of asthma mice cearly.The histamine's level of lung tissue were reduced in the high and medium treatment groups effectively. The high and medium density Suanjiang water extract could alleviate the inflammatory reaction of the lung and increase the percentage of the integral mast cells. Under transmission electron microscope:The high tickness Suanjiang treatment group:type II alveolar cells'structure became normal mainly. The medium tickness Suanjiang treatment group:the swell of chondriosomes of type II alveolar cells was lessened,the vacuiation of lamellar body became few. The small tickness Suanjiang treatment group: the swell of chondriosomes of type II alveolar cells and the vacuiation of lamellar body were still serious.2.Intestine allergy experiment groups :The high and medium thickness...
