Expression Of Nm23-H₁ And PCNA Protein In Laryngeal Squemous Cell Carcinoma And Its Clinical Significance

Objective: To understand the expression of nm23 and PCNA inlaryngeal squemous cell cacinoma(LSCC) and its clinicalsignificance.Methods: The expression of nm23 and PCNA was detected by immuno-histochemical SP method in 50 cases of LSCC and 10 cases ofnormal laryngeal mucosa .Results: The positive rates of nm23 were 68% and 90%(P<0. 05)in LSCC and normal larynx mucosa, respectively, and thestrength of positive expression of nm23 were significantly norelated with histopathological types (P>0.05) , positiveclinical stage, TNM grade and lymphonode metastasis in LSCC(P<0. 05).
