Objective To investigate the relationship between γ-IFN level in serum and replication of HBV DNA, the relativity between the content of HBV DNA in serum and in liver tissue from chronic hepatitis B patients; To explore the relationship between the level of ALT in serum and hepatic pathology, the relationship between liver pathologic histology and HBV DNA in the liver tissues and serum; To explore the effective method for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Method 70 patients in our hospital who never accepted immune therapy or anti-virus treatment were chosen as experiment group and the control group was made up with 20 normal blood donor with close age to experiment group. ELISA was used to determine the content of γ-IFN.Routine biochemical liver function tests and HBV DNA in the liver tissues and serum was assayed by amplisensor quantitative polymerase chain reaction in 70 patients and the liver biopsy was performed and the grading and staging of the liver were routinely obtained , sixty chronic hepatitis B patients were divided into three groups were treated with different γ-IFN dose for 3 months, and 20 chronic hepatitis B patients without the treatment of γ-IFN as control, the difference of the levels of serum ALT and viral markers levels of HbeAg, HBV DNA and the four serum fibrosis markers were analysed between per and post treatment. Results (l)Compared with the normal control group, γ-IFN level of the patients...
