Gastroenteric tumor was one of the most frequent malignant tumors of China. Jiangsu province was the high-generated region of gastric cancer, and its morbidity and mortality was obviously higher than the average level. Although the therapeutic level was being boosted ,the therapeutic efficacy was not still ideal. It is significant for the therapy of the patients to anticipate the prognosis of gastric cancer. It was confirmed that the overexpression of P53,PCNA,CD40,Survivin,VEGF,FASL is averse-effective for the generation and growth of the tumor.CD40 is a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor(TNFR) superfamily and is expressed on a wild range of cell type including APC,endothelial cells and carcinoma cells etc. CD40 is an important costimulatory molecule, it plays a considerable role in promoting B cell activation, proliferation and mediating signal transmission, and correlate closely with the biological behavior of tumor such as invasion and metastasis. The recent studies show, there are CD40 mutants expressed on some tumor cells, but not on normal cells. Contrast to the wild-type CD40, the mutants have completely ability of binding to the anti-bodies. The mutant is expressed on tumor cells...
