Objective: To investigate the value of the integrated backscatter and left ventricular systolic function of the SD rats before and after being exposed in EMP (Electromagnetic Pulse) .in diagnosing the changes of heart tissue of microstructure, and to study the cardiac changes in structure systolic function of left ventricular and pathology alteration of heart tissue by routine echocardiography and the technique of ultrasonic integrated backscatter, so the correlation between heart tissue alteration and some possible imageology changing can be analyzed, and find out possible distinctive ultrasonic changing of the rat heart tissue. MethodsPart one: 40 2nd class male SD rats were randomized into EMPtreated group (n=20) and control group(n=20) according to the weight. The EMP treated group was exposed in EMP.
